Ошибка загрузки проекта "Указанный файл не содержит документ ArcMap" ArcGIS 9.3

Здравствуйте. Пользователь говорит что ни чего не менялось, материалы хранятся на сетевом хранилище. Не все проекты так себя ведут, а только 3 из 28. И ещё, если в проект добавить новый слой, а потом выйти из программы без сохранения, то при повторном открытии проекта, этот слой все равно там присутствует. Не могу понять, что случилось с программой. Может кто сталкивался?

Скопируйте 3 "неправильных" проекта к себе на локальный диск и попробуйте открыть.

Если документы не открываются, то значит их кто-то не удачно сохранил.

Можно попробовать их восстановить утилитой "C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.5\Tools\MXDDoctor.exe"

Не факт, что она справится - зависит от состояния документа.

Самое "страшное", что может произойти - это пересоздать документы заново.

Пробовали, нет результата. MXDDoctor, нет в версии 9.3.

Ну и по второму вопросу, таких настроек нет в версии 9.3

Tips:

The Startup dialog box has a Load last map on startup check box that lets you tell ArcMap to automatically reopen the last map you were using when it starts. If you check this box, ArcMap will load your last map the next time it starts and display a message while that map is loading. You can press Esc and return to the Startup dialog box. By pressing Esc and unchecking the option, you can return to normal operation. If you don't see the Startup dialog box and want to add it, follow the steps in Turning on or off the Startup dialog box.
