Привязка при редактировании

Question

    Привязка устанавливается к объектам редактируемого сервиса, или может к объектам других сервисов(если их несколько в приложении)?

С техсаппорта ESRI:
You cannot edit features in one service and have them snap to features in some other cached service. You'd have to include the snapping features in the same service as the features you were editing. You could have the snapping features disabled/unchecked in the table of contents if you didn't want them visible.
